As the NPCI Design Representative at GFF 2024 and 2025, I drove UX strategy for key UPI innovations. I led the design of Hello UPI and UPI Circle (2024), which were presented to Prime Minister Modi Ji and the RBI Governor, demonstrating how thoughtful design simplifies digital payments. Following this foundational work, I contributed to UPI Help, UPI Reserve Pay, and UPI Circle for Devices (2025), ensuring a unified, accessible user experience across platforms and reinforcing NPCI’s vision for trusted, inclusive payments.
